Plumeria/Frangipani Seeds- The tropical gorgeous and fragrant flower symbolizes love and new beginnings! The flowers are traditionally known for the “Hawaiian lei”. There is no guarantee that the seeds will look exactly like mother plant! It can have some attributes of it but thats how new cultivars are made by new seedlings! Its an exciting mystery worth the wait!We recommend you only start with a few at a time until you learn your best method of germination. (We use the wet paper towel method) You are more than welcome to ask us any questions! We love giving advice and learning as we grow! These are fresh seeds so no need to soak them overnight! Make sure you do not drown the seeds, one of the biggest mistakes from people starting out but also dont let them dry out. We will hand pick each seed to the count and make sure they “feel” viable. No guarantee of germination but we and our customers have very high odds if not almost 100% successful. Depending on conditions and how germination it could take a few days or up to a few weeks to germinate. Once the white tap root is seen and at least a good 1/4” out, then you can place in a small pot with your well draining soil. Once the seedlings have developed their second set of true leaves they can be transplanted to a bigger pot. Not full sun, ease into it. Water deeply and again when soil is almost completely dry (they don't like wet feet)Sun: Place where it will get at least 6 hours of full sun once seedlings are more mature.USDA Zone 9 - 12 (in colder zones take care winterize or bring indoors depending on your regions climate). These seeds come from a beautiful large Thailand farm with thousands of trees from all over, so these seeds could have been bred naturally with just about any other Plumeria tree they have. The possibilities of colors you can potentially have are endless. Remember there is NO such thing as a green or blue Plumeria, some purples can have that blue appearance (like blue canyon for example) but be careful not to fall for companies who sell the fakes or photoshopped ones!
