2. Exchange Period
Customers may request an exchange within 14 days of receiving the product if they are not satisfied.
3. Exchange Conditions
Products returned must be brand new and unused.All original packaging, accessories, and manuals are required to be sent back with the item.
4. Exchange Request Process
Customers must submit an exchange request to Usacoltrade via email and provide their order number.
5. Exchange Confirmation
Usacoltrade will confirm within 24 hours of receiving the request whether the exchange can be processed and provide the customer with detailed instructions and important notes.

7. Shipping Costs
All shipping costs for exchanges are fully covered by Usacoltrade. Customers do not need to pay any additional fees.

9. Exchange Processing
Products that meet the conditions will be replaced as soon as possible, typically within 2 business days.
